Meet the Chef

Executive Chef Yo Matsuzaki was born into a family of orange farmers on the Japanese island of Shikoku. He now boasts several decades of culinary experience here in the US, including time at San Francisco’s Rubicon, Farallon, and Ozumo before coming to Zentan.

Experience Zentan through the relaxed Osaka style of dining known as Kuidaore, which allows Chef Matsuzaki and his team to send out endless waves of your Zentan favorites along with the kitchen's newest creations. Sit back with a glass of sake, and dine until your heart's content. (Offered nightly for $65 per person.)
